You must agree to the following when commissioning me:Sharing and Permissions
✦ Art commissioned is for personal use only. I, as the artist, still hold the rights to the original artwork.✦ The client can share the artwork, including both the finished work as well as the WIPs, however and wherever they wish provided they do all of the following:✦ Do not claim the art as their own
✦ Tag my account or link this website in the post
✦ Post the watermarked version, with the watermark unaltered✦ Clients are NOT under any circumstances allowed to use the artwork for anything relating to AI or NFTs.✦ Unless the client specifies otherwise, the artwork may be shared online on my own accounts as well, and may be used in my portfolio to show other clients. Please feel free to let me know if you would rather keep your commission private.- - - - -Payment
✦ Payment is expected through the commissions page on my Kofi, or through Paypal Invoices _{[at client request]} in USD only.✦ Due to how Kofi's commissions are set up, I require full up-front payment either before I begin the sketch or after the client is satisfied with the sketch. This will be discussed between the client and I.✦ Should you request a Paypal Invoice instead, then we can discuss a 50% first 50% after deal.✦ No refunds can be made once your artwork begins the line-art phase. Refunds can only be requested while the sketch is in process. I do not allow refunds at any point after the art has been completed.- - - - -What I Draw and Artistic Liberties✦ Will Draw:Furries, OCs, Roblox Avatars, Fanart _{[depending on the media]}, Simple Robots/Machinery, Suggestive, Candy/Cartoon Violence/Gore, Slime and Goo Designs, Non-sexual Nudity✦ Might Draw:
_{*I am not as experienced in these areas}Humans, Defined Muscles, Bird-Headed Critters, Complicated/Heavily-Layered Outfits _{[Increased cost may apply]}, Certain Poses & Angles, Weapons, Human-Like Hands, Feral-Furry/Regular Animals✦ Won't Draw:Other Art-Styles, NSFW, Genitalia, Kink/Fetish Art _[Depends], Vehicles, Real People, Extreme Violence, Complex Machinery✦ ✦ ✦ ✦ ✦✦ At client notice, I may simplify complex designs, hands, backgrounds, and other details.✦ Just because something is not listed here does not mean I will or will not draw it. Please feel free to contact me with any questions.- - - - -Contact and Comm Details✦ Commission discussions will take place on Discord @magickpancakes. If a client can't contact me on Discord I may allow contact elsewhere, such as on Kofi.✦ The client must provide either a reference sheet, recent artwork, or various reference images of the character[s] they want drawn.✦ It is also encouraged that supplemental references, details, and notes are provided should the client want specific pose, expression, or details added.✦ Should the client like a custom design I still require many details or reference photos to be provided. The more specific the client can be the closer I can get to the design they'd like.✦ All commissions come with either a simple background [solid color, minimal pattern, etc.], or as a sticker [transparent background + colored outline around the artwork] unless the client specifies otherwise. I do require references and specific notes for what the client expects of the background.- - - - -Commission Process✦ All clients MUST: be of legal age and have read and understand all my TOS before submitting a commission.! Please do not purchase a commission through my Kofi before messaging me !✦ I request that clients message me beforehand to discuss:
The details of the art, the cost, the wait-time before I start, the expected delivery date, if they will pay in half or full, if they will pay before or after the sketch is complete, and any other information.✦ Once all that is settled, the client is added to the waitlist. When I am ready to begin the commission, I will let the client know [and request payment if thats what we agreed].✦ During the art process I will send progress pictures. This is both to assure the client that I am working on their commission, and to make sure any changes they'd like are made early on in the process. Please be sure to make large corrections during the sketch phase to minimize extra cost.✦ Once the sketch is approved and at least 50% payment is verified, I will move to line-art. Minimal corrections are allowed, such as tweaks to the lines, and maybe a few bigger changes.✦ During coloring and shading I do not expect big corrections to be made. Although please do correct me if you would like any colors adjusted.✦ Once the art is completed I will send over a watermarked version. At that time I will request the rest of the payment [if applicable] before I send the full resolution un-watermarked version.
_{[Again, please only use the watermarked version when sharing the artwork]}- - - - -If everything sounds good, then feel free to see what I'm currently offering on my
